Today was a quiet day at camp, with the 5-day hike still hiking along, the sailing classes on a trip to Lake Glenville, the Would-Bes on the Pigeon River, and the cast and crew of Peter and the Starcatcher working tirelessly to put a show on in the next week. I decided to hang out at the docks and enjoy the quiet with the paddleboarders and kayakers. After catching some rays I made my way up to Tajar where a Knitting class was dying their yarn with Kool-Aide and Costuming was putting the finishing touches on the mermaid tails for the show.
After lunch I caught up with a Riding class on their way out on the Lake Trail for a trail ride. I wished them on their way and then stopped by Ukulele to listen to some of their sweet tunes. The Final Shows acts are really coming together! Up at the Tennis courts I ran into the Ace class which was practicing their serves and volleys.
Tonight’s Evening Program was Wednesday Night Live! The counselors put on a great show for us all tonight, and I was lucky enough to peek in through the Castle doors to see all of the shenanigans that went on onstage.
