This summer the Camp Merrie-Woode Drama Program is falling down the Rabbit Hole and heading to the Circus! We are using the creativity, imagination, and magic of theatre to build you a world unlike anything you’ve seen before. As always our season will include our June Session Play, Main Session Musical, and August Session’s Theatrical Experience.

ALICE (June Session Play)
Adapted by Lindsay Price from Lewis Carroll
Alice is a theatrical adaptation of the original novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. The story surrounds a little girl named Alice who follows the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole, journeys through Wonderland, and meets some pretty strange and questionable characters.

Big Fish tells the story of Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest…and then some! Edward’s incredible, larger-than-life stories thrill everyone around him—most of all, his devoted wife Sandra. But their son Will is determined to find the truth behind his father’s epic tales. Overflowing with heart and humor, Big Fish is an extraordinary musical that reminds us why we love going to the theatre—for an experience that’s richer, funnier, and bigger than life itself.
We are thrilled to bring these stories to life and cannot wait to learn, grow, and explore with you on the Castle Stage this summer!
