Clik here to view. This morning I felt a bit off balance after a long night’s sleep in my tree-top home, so I decided to try my hand—and tail—at yoga in Lily Pad. It was the perfect start to my day and afterwards I had the energy to hop all the way over to the barn where a class was about to embark on a trail ride. I waved to all of the horses and the campers and then made my way over to the docks. When I went down to the lake, I found that the class that had learned fly fishing a few days ago had gone on an expedition on Lake Fairfield and successfully caught a few fish, which they released back into the lake after much excitement over their fly fishing skills.
This afternoon I became a bit peckish after Rest Hour, so I joined Earthworks for some Leave No Trace pancake making. Afterwards I treated myself to some smoothies made with mint from the lakefront garden with a Farm and Garden class. Finally I stopped by the Arts and Crafts hut to make beautiful wax butterflies with the campers. Tonight was the last Bag Supper and Movie Night of the session, and we certainly ended on a high note with Starstruck. The campers were engrossed in the exciting movie and were happily munching away on popcorn. What a nice way to end a relaxing day!
Sunrise salutations,
Tajar
