This morning, I stopped by the lake to see how all of the swimmers are doing on their strokes and such. As it turns out, the little tadpoles are quickly learning how to freestyle, backstroke, and paddle around. While I was down there, we were visited by a Photography class that arrived just in time to capture some awesome pictures of campers embarking out on the lake in sailboats and playing Titanic in canoes. After all the fun at the docks, I needed some time to cool off, so I visiting knitting up in Tajar.
After a deliciously calming rest hour spent in Lily Pad listening to the peaceful tunes of a guest harpist, I decided to have some fun up on the Tennis courts. I helped some campers work on their backhands and even learned how to serve! After I worked up quite a sweat, I settled down with a guitar class in the Music Room, which was practicing for a special Chapel performance. Tonight’s Evening Program was BINGO and everyone packed into the Dining Hall in their brights and tights to play some games of chance! Between the dance parties and victorious jubilations, I tired myself out pretty quickly. Now, I’m looking forward to a nice long night beneath the stars.
With the crickets and bullfrogs,
Tajar
