Clik here to view.I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such an exciting day full of new and interesting events and activities. Today the llamas paid us a visit and I spent the morning with them, frolicking on the Landsports field and hiking up to the waterfall. Being a Tajar—the Tajar—I like to think that I understand strange-looking creatures, but nothing surprises me more than llamas. After my time with the four-legged friends, I hopped over to Castle to sit in on some rehearsals for Director’s Showcase. Afterwards I skittered down to the docks to see the boaters’ progress on the slalom course.
All the activity in the morning got me in the mood for some shady clay play, so I went over to the Ceramics Studio to see what all of the potters were making. All of the campers were hard at work on their mugs and bowls, and some campers were even wheel-throwing! In Stained Glass, the campers were equally hard at work on their projects, some of which will take the whole session to complete! I can’t wait until the end of session Art Show to see everyone’s creations! Tonight’s Evening Program was Lip Sync Battle, a camp favorite for all ages. The teams competed for camp glory and recognition and wowed the audience with their talent. It certainly was a long day, so I think I’ll rest easy in my tree top bed and let the stars lull me goodnight.
Stay merrie,
Tajar
