Thankful to be in Carolina in the morning! It feels like summer is in full swing as we enter our third week of Main session and I am ready to face the weeks ahead. This morning, I dropped by Scene Study to congratulate the newly cast actors and the three camper directors and then I made my way down to the barn to watch the most advanced class of riders practice trot poles and cross rails.
After lunch, a trip to Grimshaws as well as a trip to Granite City left camp for some quality splashing and climbing time. While they were out, I scampered up to the Tennis Courts and to the second floor of Castle to warm up with the King class and then cool off with some Ukulele!
Tonight’s Evening Program was Family Feud for which the campers tried to guess the most common answers to camp’s most burning questions, such as what is the favorite Evening Program, what is the best dessert, and what do counselors do on their days off. What fun!
Ever eager,
Tajar
